Documentary Photography | David Little-Smith


	This girl was charging tourists to photograph her. When I refused her solicitation saying that I never pay people to let me photograph them, she offered to trade for a pen or a pencil. Knowing that the children in the highlands have a shortage of school supplies, I gave her a my "Sharpie" and made this photograph. (Cusco, Peru 1999)
